Pure Blanks stand behind its responsible products and guarantees them against any workmanship defects. Should you find any of these defects, or should you be unsatisfied with the fit, quality or size of any item, we are happy to have you return any unwashed items and choose an item in another size or colour within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been washed or altered in any way cannot be exchanged or returned, so be sure to inspect your clothing before you wear it. This exchange policy applies to retail items only.
Returns/Exchanges
Simply follow the instructions below and your exchanged items will be on their way!
1. Carefully seal exchange/return items in a box
2. Include a copy of the invoice.
3. Provide the style, size and colour of the replacement item or briefly outline the reason for the return.

Please keep in mind that return postage will be at your expense. We ask that you use a carrier that generates tracking numbers to ensure packages are not lost.
Delivery Time
Most orders within Canada are delivered within 3 to 4 business days of being placed. Most Ontario & Quebec orders delivered in 3 business days. U.S.A. takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped out the same day from Toronto, Canada, via Canada Post. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your shipment has been sent out.

Please be aware that our international shipping fees do not include customs charges, which some countries may require. Such charges are not added to your order total by Pure Blanks Organic Fashion.
Sales Tax
GST applies to all Canadian orders. Items sold within Ontario are subject to PST.
