Founder Dee, launched her sustainable and ethical brand in 2007. While working at traditional design companies, as well as overseas travels, D witnessed a lack of concern for social and environmental issues. It was equally rare to see an eco-friendly company designing premium organic products and not capitalizing on the “trend”. We believe buying sustainable is a not privilege but a way of life for everyone.
Pure Blanks also designs a line of limited edition,original, hand screen-printed, items made with low impact inks, natural dyes and certified organic cotton. From the imagination of Designer D, she has created a line where unique, playful, urban & sustainable, clothing evolve.

When the idea of Pure Blanks conceived, we had a clear vision of superior quality and environmental and social responsibility as business owners. Seed to shelf - we are committed to ethical & environmentally sustainable clothing.
Integrity
Beginning with the design process in Toronto, Pure Blanks is directly responsible and manages all stages of manufacturing, from the fabric mills, to the cut & sew facilities, to packaging. This ensures all partners are participating in a responsible manufacturing process. As green becomes the way must live, please be rest assured that we never cut corners and will always be producing a product that is 100% ethical & organic. All our products are made with 100% Skal certified organic cotton and eco-friendly dyes. We are also active members of the Organic Trade Association, Green Enterprise Toronto and 1% for the planet.
Pure Blanks is dedicated to continuing its research and development of new and better technology in organic manufacturing practices, with future plans to introduce more styles and colors .
